We are following up on our records, which indicate that some of you have registered for the conference, but have not made your room reservation at the hotel. By staying at the hotel, you make the conference more reasonably affordable for everyone. However, if you are not staying at the Holiday Inn Select, please let us know so we will not worry that you have adequate accommodations.
If you are staying at the Holiday Inn Select, please know that the cutoff date for registering with the hotel for the special price of $89 per room (up to four people) will be on May 24th, 2008 at midnight. After that date, the cost will be $149.00. I can assure you that getting a motel for the cost of $89 per room will be virtually impossible at the surrounding hotels.
